Ms. Kitchens brings 10 years of student housing property management experience on board as Director of Property Management, where she oversees day-to-day property management operations for the Domus Student Living LLC luxury student housing portfolio.

Mentoring and motivating staff is a pleasurable a part of her duties. When you work in a fun atmosphere, work is enjoyable. She is also responsible for monitoring property performance, market conditions, and developing specific strategies to ensure investor and owner goals. Maintaining resident retention, managing resident relations, maintaining budget and cash flow, keeping accurate rent rolls and generating monthly and annual reporting and projections are all part of Ms. Kitchens’ wheelhouse. Creating actionable marketing plans helps to ensure a steady stream of student traffic flow in each market.

Ms. Kitchens also assists with community outreach where Domus Student Living LLC sponsors bike rides, air shows, farmers markets and events that benefit the entire community at large.
Ms. Kitchens earned a BBA from Tarleton State University.
